Carnival parade view!

The carnival parade view was unforgettable, but the lack of a lift made it challenging for my mum.

We had a pretty good time! The beach was super close, and the room was comfy with a killer bed. Just wish the sound insulation was better—could hear the street noise heaps!

Consider asking for a room with a festival view if staying during local events for an unforgettable experience.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and local eateries. My double room was clean with comfortable bedding—definitely a great sleep. The breakfast voucher system allowing us to use the cafe next door for breakfast added flexibility, but we were confused about what was included. Communication about breakfast was inconsistent. some clarity would have been helpful. Note that street noise can be bothersome at night, so light sleepers might want to consider that. a welcoming place with a cozy vibe, just needs better sound insulation.

Sound insulation is poor. I could hear noise from adjacent rooms and the corridor throughout the night, which disrupted sleep. There were also persistent cigarette smoke odors that lingered—likely from the street below—even with the windows closed. Breakfast was only available at the cafe next door for an additional cost, creating some confusion about what exactly was included as part of the package.

The room was spacious and comfortable with a nice sized bathroom. The location was perfect, just 100 meters from the beach. Quick and easy check-in added to the stress-free experience during our stay.

The room had a huge bed with fresh linens and a powerful shower. The view during the carnival was amazing!

we had such a great time at carlos iii! the location is super awesome, super close to the beachfront. breakfast was chill and tasty at that cafe next door. the owners were really friendly and made us feel at home. our bed was extra comfy, slept like a baby!

the soundproofing isn't great, could hear neighbors and the hall, and there was some noise from the street. also, the weather was a bummer, can't blame them tho!

Marvelling at the carnival parade from our warm room was unforgettable. Super comfortable bed, friendly and efficient staff, breakfast was delicious too!

Solo traveler’s cozy escape

The location was prime,, right on the main street, and I could feel the energy of the carnival parade. The owner, a cool guy, even offered me a room with a view of the parade when mine had a restricted one. I mean, it was a fantastic view while staying warm!

It was a bit pricey,, not gonna lie, but worth it.
